Andrew Baughen studied Business Finance in London and then worked as a management consultant in banking strategy. His first career shift came when he went to Oxford for three years to study theology. He then invested 20 years as a vicar, developing and leading Saint James Clerkenwell, a church in London’s design and tech district.

His second career shift came having completed an Executive MBA at Cass Business School, City, University of London, where he is now Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Management. He now works at the ‘theo-tech’ intersection between business and theology as Founder of Soulful Enterprise. His research, funded by Templeton Religion Trust, focuses on what makes a business soulful or soulless.

Andrew is also Programme Director of The School of Faith. He has written several books and lectures on strategic planning.
